Rustic handcrafted log railings are the perfect way to accentuate your log house, be it outside for your balcony and deck or inside as beautiful stair and loft railings. We select and harvest our hardwood birch poles in winter when the sap is low, handpeel them and then let them airdry. As a result our railings are absolutely solid without any cracking
or loose knots. To assemble the railing we use a mortise and tenon joint to give a tight, strong and long lasting fit. The railing is then sanded to a perfect smoothness. Depending on how much you want to get involved in the setup we either ship our railing in single pieces or fully assembled in individual 8 foot lengths. Our railing is very sturdy, safe for children and upgrades any house. It can be used for decks, lofts, staircases, bridges, etc. Some information about the
